01. How are the products sourced? |

We personally choose the colours, stones and designs for our products on regular sourcing trips to Shanghai. It's a tough job but someones gotta do it!! |

02. Do you make the jewellery yourselves? |

No. All our designs are produced by a small number of local and highly skilled self employed craftspeople. |

03. Can you be sure that children are not being exploited as a workforce? |

Yes, absolutely. We have a very good relationship with all our suppliers and know them personally. We have visited the workplace and can reassure all of our customers that at no stage of production are children employed. |

04. What if my jewellery is damaged on arrival? |

We package all our goods carefully but should you receive faulty goods we have an excellent refund/replacement policy and if you return it to us in its original packing within 7 days of receipt and we will send an immediate replacement. |

05. What if it just doesn’t suit me? |

We all make mistakes! We want you to be 100% happy with the look and feel of your purchase and so if you don’t think its quite right for you, simply return it to us undamaged within 14days and we will give you a full refund. |

06. When can I expect to receive my goods? |

You should expect to receive your goods within 7 days of your order. If any of your items are unavailable we will advise you by e-mail. |
